I get a blue screen and banner at the bottom of my screen with no picture?

Unplug the Digi box from the mains electricity supply for approx: 2 mins and then reconnect.

My picture has frozen on the screen?

Unplug the Digi box from the mains electricity supply for approx: 2 mins and then reconnect.

My remote control will does not work the Digi Box?

Change the batteries for the remote control and then unplug the Digi box from the mains electricity supply for approx: 2 mins and then reconnect.

My remote control will not work the TV?

Firstly press TV on the Digi Box remote then any button, secondly if your remote has lost the code for your TV you must re enter the code which is referred to in your instruciton book.

I can't get any sound or picture?

Check that the scart lead is fully pushed in the back of the TV and the back of the Digi Box.

The Pay Channels are not on EPG list?

Go to Channel 998 and then correctly insert the card into the bottom slot.

The Digi box does some strange things and sometimes won't switch on?

Unplug your digi box, then press and hold the back up button on the front of the Digi box. Plug the box back in still holding the back up button, when all lights come on release the button and wait approx 20 mins then switch back on.

My Pay channels say to upgrade my subscription to call?

UK TV have switched you off, DO NOT call UK TV but instead contact our U.K. Support team if you are a member.

I have the message "this view card is not authorized."?

UK TV need to switch your card on, again if you are a member do not call UK TV but contact our U.K. Support team.

The message searching for listings is stuck on the screen?

Unplug your box from the mains electricity supply for approx 2 minutes and then reconnect.
